Tunstall's ICP connected health solutions help to support people with long-term conditions by enabling them to monitor their vital signs and symptoms daily in their own homes, with the reassurance that if their readings go beyond the limits set for them, a clinician will be informed. Telehealth improves the patient's understanding of their condition, which in turn increases their confidence and empowers them to manage their own health with the support of their health and care team.
Tunstall's connected health solutions are tailored around the needs of the individual patient, and a number of medical grade peripherals are available to support and manage long-term conditions.
The data collected via the myclinic connected health hub is securely transmitted to the triage monitoring centre for review by a clinician. Abnormal readings for the patient are flagged for follow up and intervention such as clinical coaching, nursing visit or GP appointment. The collected data may also be passed on to the patient’s doctor for further review or intervention.
The ICP solution allows the patients’ care team including community nurses, GPs and specialists to closely monitor the patient’s condition and intervene before it reaches crisis level and results in hospitalisation. ICP also offers video conferencing at the press of a button, allowing patients to maintain face to face contact with their clinician regardless of their location or medical state.

The ICP video conferencing capability is available with Tunstall myclinic connected health hubs. The video conferencing module provides a visual and audio link which allows the patient or their onsite clinician to interact or consult with an offsite clinician in a separate location. High definition, multi-party video conferencing and scheduling capabilities are also available.
