With over 60 years of global experience, we offer a truly end-to-end solution, encompassing design and development, consultancy and service support, deployment and training, and triage and monitoring services.


Tunstall began as a small television and radio shop in Yorkshire, UK, and more than 60 years later we have grown to become the world’s leading provider of connected healthcare solutions, pioneering new products and services and developing innovative approaches to help people manage their own health conditions and remain independent and safe wherever they choose to call home.

Tunstall Healthcare opened its first Australian response centre in Brisbane in 2001, followed by a response centre in Tauranga, New Zealand in 2002. Tunstall's Brisbane office now serves as the head office for the Asia Pacific Region.  


Our Australasian operations in both Australia and New Zealand are long established managed service providers to government, retirement villages and community care organisations.


At Tunstall, we nurture a team environment with people who share our core values.  We are committed to providing services in a responsible and caring manner. Across Australasia, we employ over 100 people and care for more than 70,000 clients.
