A range of alarm products are available including fixed location personal emergency response alarms, mobile devices and smart phone applications. Alarms can be provided in silent mode so as not to alert perpetrators when an alarm has been activated. Tunstall’s Customer Care Centre operates 24/7 providing care and support for our clients.
The Care Consultants follow the agreed procedures to support domestic violence programs such as testing protocols, managing assistance calls and liaising with police and other emergency services.
